The AHA! Multi-Sport Challenge encourages the Spiraledge community to build healthy habits, stay active, and maintain positive energy. Through running, walking, swimming, and cycling, participants stay engaged while strengthening teamwork and connection.

All activities are tracked automatically through Strava/Swim.com

Who can participate in the AHA! Together Challenge?

The challenge is open to all Spiraledge employees, including those who work at the office and those who work remotely.

How many members must be on a team?

Each group must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members.

What are the official dates for the challenge?

Registration day is December 2nd. The challenge officially starts on December 8th and ends on December 17th.

What is the minimum valid activity distance/duration?

The minimum valid activity is ≥ 1 km run/bike or ≥ 100 m swim.

Is there a bonus for recording activities on the weekend?

Yes, the results are doubled on the weekend (Saturday 12/13 and Sunday 12/14). Additionally, recording swim results via Swim.com allows you to triple (X3) your points for swimming.

What can lead to a group's disqualification?

Any form of cheating—including fake GPS, edited data, or manual activities—will result in disqualification for the entire group. Also, the activity visibility must be Public, and GPS data must be valid (no manual edits).
